How can I employ foreign workers?

We find the right workforce for you and provide all the assistance you need for their employment. Once the employee enters Hungary based on the work permit requested in their home country, we accompany them to the appropriate authorities for their residence card, accommodation notification form, social security number, and tax identification number application. They can start working within a few days.

How can I be sure that the candidate will be suitable for the tasks at our company?

During the recruitment process, we carefully pre-screen the workers, both physically and mentally. If the job requires expertise, we provide the opportunity to verify the candidate's suitability through online work performance or testing, or possibly an interview.

What if the foreign workforce does not work out for our company?

In this case, you can replace them free of charge, although our experience shows that this is rarely necessary. Foreign workers are highly motivated and consider working in Hungary a great opportunity.

Do I need to provide accommodation?

Considering that foreign workers cannot find accommodation themselves upon arrival in Hungary, it is usually provided by the employer. The accommodation can be a traditional workers' hostel, apartment, or family house.

We usually coordinate the prospective accommodation with the workers, so we request pictures because it's important that they are fully aware of the employment conditions before traveling. Accommodation costs can be deducted from wages, and many employers already consider these costs when determining wages.

How can I communicate with foreign workers?

Most foreign workers already speak English to some extent. Workers from the Philippines or Sri Lanka use English as a second language in their home countries and speak it at a high level. Generally, language problems quickly resolve as they start communicating in Hungarian after a short time.

If there is a need for translation or interpretation in official places, company regulations, training, or health issues, we can also provide that.

Isn't employing foreign workers too expensive?

The costs are approximately the same as for Hungarian employees who work far from their place of residence. However, we can provide physical and professional labor at an affordable price, with high motivation, helping companies easily fulfill their orders.
